Coach, Palm Springs, and Melissa!

Girls trip to Palm Springs!

On Thursday my boyfriend left me....to go participate in the Best in the desert race Vegas to Reno. I was a little bummed, I was supposed have been joining him but the forces that be would not let that happen!

So Melissa and I planned our own get away, we dropped her children off at her cousins, and headed to Palm Springs for the night.

I wanted a pool and drinks, we have stayed at the JW before and I didn't want that pool I wanted to somewhere I knew we could find a chair and space in the pool if needed, we stayed at the Hilton. It was perfect we were walking distance from the strip and the casino was next door!

And for the best part of the weekend on the way up we stopped at the outlets, and went into Coach.

When we walked in we were handed 30% off coupons, I found 3 purses that were on sale for 40% off and then with my 30% I just had to get them hello 70% off hello score!

Well time to go get showered and head to my mans house I miss him!

June Birch Box

Hi Everyone!

I don't really have a lot to write about lately, my life consists of three things sleeping, working, and working!

So I think I already told everyone I signed up for this birch box thing, its $10 a month and they send you free samples and sometimes full size products! Its kind of nice to get a little taste of stuff I never would have thought to try!

So my first box came mid June I was super excited

It came in this super cute box

This is what came with and my little opinion about each thing:

1. Ahava Mineral Hand Cream: Smells a little weird and felt thick and greasy at first. But after a few minutes I didn't notice that and my hands felt great.

2.Philosophy Purity Made Simple On-Step Facial Cleanser: I was very hesitant to try this I have awful skin and did not want to disturb the sleeping monster! But a few days ago I had left my face wash in my overnight bag and was to lazy to get it. It wasn't bad face felt clean, didn't dry it out and didn't break out!

3. Redken Shine Flash: This one haven't tried I have tried other shine products in the past and it just makes my hair feel nasty and greasy!

4. Zoya Touch Collection Nail Polish in Shay: This nail polish I love the color is so neutral and I have a great idea I am going to try with it!

Extra Kind Almond & Apricot Snack  Bar This is still sitting on my dresser I am not sure if I want to try it not really into almonds!

It's Finally Friday!!!!

Time for a wild weekend! No really time for some relaxation, this has been a stressful week! 

Besides it being Friday I am excited I received my first Birchbox today! Have you heard of this? Check them out here, its $10 a month they send you free samples and sometimes full size products every month custom to your profile! I have heard nothing but good things about them!

10 things this week

Everyone is doing the 10 things that made you happy this week, oh how I would love to join in but honestly I only have 1 thing that has made me smile or feel good this week.

I cant help but be happy when I am around him, he gives me butterflies 

So my 10 things will be that I didnt like this week!

1. Working 7 hours on Saturday

2. Going to Bellflower on Sunday to have my bff help me with more work

3. Going to work Monday and having the false confidence that I actually was crawling out of the hole of work that needed to be done

4. Starting work at 7:30 every morning

5. taking 30 min lunch breaks and not even eating cause I am to stressed

6. Getting my first few profiles rejected from the facility

7. Realizing that there is probably no way in hell I am going to be able to do this job

8. I wish Nanika was back

9. I wish Megan didnt leave

10. I wish Melissa worked with me and she could teach me what to do

4th of July Post!

The last day of our 3 day weekend 4th of July!

Really it is not fair to have a holiday fall on a Monday, yes its cool to get a day off from work but really you have to go back to work the next day, noooo fun!

We spent the day lounging in the "party" pool, Shannon was kind enough to bless us with her presence! We drank a few cocktails (some more than others) and then we had a mini BBQ! Everyone went up on the roof to watch the fireworks, I tried to go up there but scaredy cat me didn't last long! I was exhausted from all the activities and traveling we had done so I headed to bed!

Amazing Friends, Amazing Weekend Part 2!

Oh where did I leave off? Oh yea after a very long day of driving around the city and checking out the hot spots, we got back to Fonz house and relaxed we put on Limitless to watch half of us passed out while the other half was able to watch it! I must say it was good, I really don't remember the story line but mmmm Bradly Cooper is so fine! I wish I would have taken a picture of all of crammed into Fonz little house, but I forgot of course!

The next morning we woke up, Heather and Fonz made some bomb breakfast burritos and then we packed up our stuff and we headed home! THE END!

Ha Ha just kidding, we drove to Lodi, CA to this fabulous place called Parachute Center, and we all went SKYDIVING!

It was amazing, I suggest everyone must do this once in their life, no matter how scared you are believe me you will not regret it!

I hate heights, I hate not being in control, and pretty much I hate trying anything new. But I am trying something new by pushing myself beyond my "limits" and forcing myself to live my life!

Amazing Friends, Amazing Weekend!

I will apologize to you for this super long post, I will probably have to break this up into two or three posts! Feel free to jump ahead to the pictures!

First I want to start off by telling about my perfectly shitty week! I have had a vacation planned to go away for my birthday for a few months now! I was taking Friday off and coming back to work the next Thursday, we weren't sure what we were doing but God only knows I needed a break!

Monday I came into work and the girl I work hand and hand with ( I can't do my job without her doing her job and vice versa) said she needed to talk to me. We walked out side and she dropped a bomb on me, she had found a new job and was  putting in her 2 weeks notice :( insert crying here. Yes she was doing the right thing by putting in her 2 weeks, but seriously in the industry we work in its nearly impossible to A. find someone to replace the person or B. train someone to do the job in 2 weeks! We were going to have our work cut out! Long story short 2 days later she ended up walking out and leaving me in a world wind of a disaster! Not to worry, I can do the job it will just take me some time to figure it out and luckily my owners and all the facilitates we deal with are understanding and giving me time to catch on! So in other words my vacation got completely ruined (or so I thought)! I wish my ex coworker nothing but the best I hope she succeeds and is happy in everything she does in her life, I am going to miss her!

Thursday was my 29th birthday booooooo! I got to work at 7 a.m. and didn't leave until 7:30 p.m. so I decided(because I can) to reschedule my birthday to Saturday!

Friday when I got off work, Keith, Amanda, Todd and I piled in my car and headed north to see our buddy Alfonzo (he moved to Livermore, CA about 2 months ago for work)

Saturday we headed into the city to check out the sites. Our first stop was Alamo Square Park, we had to take 2 cars since there were so many of us and while we waited for our friends to park Amanda and I did a little photo shoot on the side walk.

The park was freezing and the grass was wet, those crazy San Franciscoiens (is that a word) didn't care, they were out in their bikinis soaking up the rays! This so cal girl needs it to be a little more hot to do that kinda thing! So we took pictures in front of the houses and then headed out!

Where should we go next...The Golden Gate Bridge? I think soo.... When we first got there it was FOGGY boooo couldn't see anything! When we got across it finally started to move so we jumped out and took some more pictures, what else would we do?

PS Have I ever told you how amazing my boyfriend is? This was the best birthday present ever, years from now I won't ever be like hummm what did he give me that year? He gave me memories that will last a life time <3
