1468 miles and one plane ticket!

I am so tired I do not even know what to write or where to start. The last three weeks I have been on the go! First I went on a camping trip out in the desert near Ridgecrest, CA to watch Michael race! The weather was perfect and it was exciting to be out there and see a desert race not a stupid boring race on a track! I took a half day off of work and headed up around 1:30. Last time we went to this place we camped in a tent it was raining and the "W" was crazy we ended up packing up the next day and heading home! This time we borrowed a handy dandy pop up trailer from one of Keith's friends. I almost died when I saw it, this thing was a joke it was dented and crappy looking! But when we got it all set up it was perfect for us, it worked great and I defiantly will want to keep borrowing it and never want to tent it again!

just a blur but the boys were jumping the fire

and they are off the "bomb" run

 here comes Michael

would have been a great jump picture but I got to far ahead of him :(

Our Neighbor at camp jumping and waving to us! HI!!!

The following weekend I packed up my car and bright and early at 4:30 am I headed up to see my brother at Travis Air Force Base you can read about it and see pictures here. I loved getting to see him even if it was for only short time. I miss him alot, we are pretty close and with him being in the army it is hard to see him. Hopefully they will move away from Alaska soon and we can get together more often.

This weekend after work on Friday I flew out to Arizona, my grandparents have lived in Mesa for the last 12 years. They are getting old and having some health problems, my dad has to jump in his car a lot and drive out to help them so he finally convinced them it was time to move closer to us! My dad has been out there the whole month getting their house sold, packed and ready for the trip. I helped finish things up and we loaded up a Uhaul and the back of my dads Toyota Matrix and headed back west. I took today off work and helped them unload. Now they are 1 mile away, cant wait to have grandparents around!

Now its time to rest and go back to work tomorrow! I am ready for a weekend of doing nothing but eating good food "amy's cafe" and sleeping in and taking long naps, not sure when that will happen but I am READY!
